Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to digital product purchases made on Sabit Marketplace, operated by Know Nation Limited. Since digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned in the traditional sense, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. When Refunds May Be Issued
- Item Not as Described: The product significantly differs from its listing description or preview.
- Non-Delivery: The seller fails to deliver the purchased digital files within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same item twice.
- Technical Issues: The product is corrupted or otherwise non-functional as described.
3. When Refunds Are Not Issued
- Change of mind after downloading the product
- Incompatibility not disclosed in the product description
- Products that have been used or exploited (e.g., templates already customized)
- Claims made more than 30 days after purchase
4. Refund Process
- Contact the seller directly to resolve the issue.
- If unresolved, email hello@sabit.pro with your order details and reason.
- We will review and respond within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. We will work with you to resolve legitimate issues before escalation.
