Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sabit Marketplace ("Sabit") at sabit.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Sabit is operated by Know Nation Limited, a company registered in Nigeria.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sabit. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Accounts

• Registration: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time. Listing and transaction data may be retained as required by law.

4. Listings and Content

• Seller Obligations: You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all digital products you list. Listings must be accurate, not misleading, and comply with all applicable laws. Prohibited content includes: illegal items, infringing materials, malware, hateful content, and any product violating Nigerian law.
• Digital Products: All sales are for digital products delivered electronically. Sabit does not handle physical goods. Sellers are responsible for delivery of digital files through the platform.
• Listing Removal: We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law without prior notice.

5. Transactions

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed by third-party payment partners (Selar, Coachli, QShop). Sabit does not store or process payment card details.
• Pricing: Sellers set their own prices. Sabit may charge platform fees as disclosed at the time of listing.
• Taxes: Sellers are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable tax obligations for their sales.
• Refunds and Disputes: Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be attempted to be resolved between the parties. Sabit may mediate but is not liable for disputes.

6. Intellectual Property

• Platform IP: Sabit's name, logo, and design are intellectual property of Know Nation Limited. You may not use them without permission.
• User Content: You retain ownership of your listings and content. By posting on Sabit, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content on the platform.
• Copyright Claims: If you believe content on Sabit infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@sabit.pro with identification of the copyrighted work, infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: violate any applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, manipulate platform features, distribute malware, harass users, interfere with operations, create fake accounts, engage in fraud, or use automated tools to scrape the platform without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sabit Marketplace and Know Nation Limited provide the platform "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for third-party services, including payment processors.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Sabit Marketplace, Know Nation Limited, and their affiliates from claims arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations without prior notice. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
