Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Sabit ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and delivery of their products. Sabit is a listing platform and does not host or deliver digital files unless uploaded directly to the Platform.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers acknowledge that purchases made via third-party links (e.g. Selar) are subject to those providers' terms. Sabit is not liable for transactions completed off-platform.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not list products that violate Nigerian law, infringe on intellectual property, or contain malicious software. Sabit reserves the right to remove listings and suspend accounts for violations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sabit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, or for any damages arising from use of the Platform.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
